Returned items WILL NOT be accepted if actively worn (only tried on), washed, altered, dirtied, stained (ex. deodorant, oil, etc.), or returned with an unoriginal smell. (ex- smoke, perfume, detergent, BO, etc.)

All accepted returned items will be granted the choice of store credit or refund.

Exchanges are only accepted for alternate sizes of the same item. If the item is unavailable in the size, you will be issued store credit or a refund.

What is the fulfillment timeframe?

Are there going to be more sizes available?

YES! That is the intent. With Justliftsis being a new small business, multiple variables such as sizing was affected in planning and budgeting.

However, we understand that fitness comes in all sizes. With future support and growth, we plan to incorporate sizes ranging from XS-3XL sooner rather than later. Stay tuned!

What if my package is damaged, incorrect, or missing?

Please email us with your order number and description of the concern at support@justliftsis.com. We will make sure to get back to you with a solution ASAP.
